We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to accommodate other clients and keep our schedule running smoothly for everyone.

Laundry wash & fold is available as an add-on service for $25 per load. Please note that dry cleaning is not included in this service.

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept Cash, Zelle, and Venmo. Final price is always confirmed before work begins — no surprises.

All initial quotes require an in-person walk-through of your space. We cannot provide accurate pricing over the phone without seeing the home or office first. For returning clients, a quick conversation is all we need.

We love animals! Pet-safe products are available upon request, however Island Shine SI cannot be held responsible for any reactions related to cleaning products used in homes with pets. Please consult your vet if you have specific concerns.

Dog Crating

For the safety of your dog and our cleaner, we kindly ask that dogs be crated or confined during the appointment. This keeps cleaning products out of reach and ensures everyone stays safe. If a dog cannot be crated and poses a safety concern, we reserve the right to reschedule.
